Everything about your photo highlights the little star, bringing attention to the beauty of something so small many of us would have missed it. Having the starfish inside the clam separates it from the sand, making it stand out even more.

So much more interesting than just the starfish or the clam on a beach. Bringing the two of them together gave them an interest that they wouldn't have on their own. I wouldn't have paid attention to a clam on the beach, no matter how pretty. But this is beautiful.
Technique: 5
No complaints here. Everything is technically sound. I like the depth of field.
Impact: 4
Definitely jumped out at me. It's so pretty. I'm loving it the more I look at it.
